One of the most expensive realities associated with contract work is the establishment of a project office or the addition of staff to manage HR related tasks such as recruitment, payroll and ongoing HR and employment related issues. For most organizations, outsourcing the labour can translate into substantial savings and I&D is well positioned to assist. I&D currently has over 130 employees on our payroll providing equipment operation, drilling, blasting and labour services. We are well established and able to expand into any area of contract employment.
