In demonstration that northern employment issues transcend ethnic and national divisions, I&D Management Services Ltd. is owned by an alliance of Northern businesses with a shared interest in human resource development. Our ownership is disbursed as follows:

Denesoline Corporation
Denesoline Corporation is the economic development engine of the Lutsel K´e Dene Band. Denesoline Corporation has consciously and actively sought out joint venture business partners. Primary business units include East Arm Aviation, East Arm Surveying and Mapping Services Ltd, Denesoline Western Explosives Ltd., KeTe Whii Ltd, and I&D Management Services Ltd.

Deton'Cho Corporation
Deton´ Cho Corporation was incorporated in 1988 to provide opportunities for participation in economic development. Deton' Cho Corporation is the economic arm of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation. Owned by the Yellowknives Dene First Nation membership, Deton' Cho has 13 business subsidiaries through which it provides goods and services to their local community(s) and the mining industry. Deton' Cho Corporation has significant, long term interest in a number of operating businesses, real estate properties and joint ventures.

Dogrib Nation TrustCo. Inc.
Dogrib Nation TrustCo is one of the holding companies under the Dogrib Nation Group of Companies. Owned by the Dogrib people of Wha Ti, Gameti, Wekweti and Rae-Edzo, their mandate is to provide the business infrastructure necessary to take advantage of the large number of business opportunities that the Dogrib are pursuing in their region. From investments in hydro power generation, to civil works, heavy equipment supply, diamond valuation and travel management services, the Group pursues a number of industrial and human resources development activities for and on behalf of the four Dogrib Nation communities.

The Kitikmeot Corporation is owned by the Kitikmeot Inuit Association and boasts of a wide range of affiliates and subsidiaries. Affiliates include Arctic Logic Inc., Intra YZF Corporate Travel Ltd., Nuna Logistics Limited, Nunavut Construction Corporation, Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics Corporation. Subsidiaries include Kitikmeot Caterers Ltd., Kitikmeot Geosciences Ltd., Kitikmeot Polar Technologies and Kitnuna Corporation.
